My journey has been one of resilience, determination, and purpose. I have always believed that success comes from creating opportunities, not waiting for them. As a mother of three, every decision I make is centered around building a legacy that my children can be proud of while showing them that hard work and faith can overcome any obstacle.
Over the years, I have built a diverse career that reflects both my passion for serving others and my entrepreneurial mindset. I have spent more than a decade working as a Registered Medical Assistant, gaining experience in pediatrics, geriatrics, cardiology, OB/GYN, primary care, and HIV care. That experience strengthened my commitment to healthcare and inspired me to continue my education. Today, I am pursuing my nursing degree with the goal of expanding my impact in the medical field while also mentoring future nurses through my educational platform, Rich Nurse Academy.
Beyond healthcare, I have successfully built multiple businesses. As the owner of Plus Size Cutie Hair & Makeup LLC, I specialize in luxury wigs, cranial prostheses for individuals experiencing medical hair loss, and professional beauty services. I have trained and mentored aspiring entrepreneurs from around the world, teaching them how to build profitable businesses, create digital products, establish business credit, repair personal credit, and generate multiple streams of income. My mission is to help others create financial freedom through education and entrepreneurship.
I am also an author and digital educator, developing ebooks, courses, planners, and business resources designed to help individuals grow personally and professionally. My work has allowed me to collaborate with successful entrepreneurs, sit in rooms with millionaires, connect with celebrities, and continually learn from high-level business leaders who have challenged me to think bigger and pursue excellence.
In addition to my healthcare and beauty businesses, I am a certified travel agent who enjoys helping others create unforgettable travel experiences while encouraging people to see the world. Traveling internationally has broadened my perspective and reinforced the importance of building businesses that create both financial freedom and flexibility.
While my journey has included personal hardships, including the loss of loved ones and balancing motherhood with school and business, those experiences have strengthened my resilience rather than defined me. Every challenge has become fuel to keep moving forward.
Today, I wear many hats—mother, entrepreneur, healthcare professional, nursing student, educator, author, mentor, travel advisor, wig specialist, and business owner—but my greatest accomplishment is inspiring others to believe that they can build the life they envision. My story is proof that with faith, consistency, education, and perseverance, it is possible to transform obstacles into opportunities and create a life filled with purpose, impact, and generational wealth.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No, it has not been a smooth road. The past two years have been some of the most challenging seasons of my life. During that time, I truly believe God was testing my faith, my resilience, and my purpose. I experienced significant loss, watched relationships change, and had to let go of people and situations that were once important to me. At times, it felt as though my entire life was falling apart.
Despite those hardships, I made a commitment to keep moving forward for my three boys. They are my greatest motivation and the reason I refused to give up. While success may look effortless from the outside, many people never see the sacrifices, sleepless nights, setbacks, disappointments, and difficult decisions that happen behind the scenes.
Through grief, career changes, entrepreneurship, motherhood, and continuing my education, I have learned that perseverance is more powerful than adversity. Every obstacle has strengthened my character and reinforced my belief that my purpose is greater than my pain.
My faith has carried me through every storm, and I remain grateful that I am still standing. No challenge, setback, or obstacle can stop what God has destined for my life. I know there are greater opportunities ahead, and I am committed to continuing to grow, serve others, and build a legacy that my children can be proud of.

I am a multi-faceted entrepreneur, healthcare professional, educator, model, and creative dedicated to helping others build successful careers, businesses, and lasting legacies. With more than 11 years of experience as a registered medical assistant, I have worked in pediatrics, geriatrics, cardiology, OB/GYN, primary care, and HIV care. As I continue my journey toward becoming a registered nurse, I remain passionate about serving others through healthcare while expanding my impact through education and entrepreneurship.
I am the founder and CEO of Plus Size Cutie Hair & Makeup LLC, where I specialize in luxury hair services, custom wigs, cranial prosthetics for individuals experiencing medical hair loss, beauty education, and business coaching. I have trained aspiring entrepreneurs, developed educational resources, and created digital products that empower others to build profitable businesses and multiple streams of income.
I am also the creator of Rich Nurse Academy by Rich Girl Jas, a platform designed to help future and current nurses prepare for the TEAS exam, succeed in nursing school, build confidence, and learn how to create financial freedom beyond the bedside. Through ebooks, mentorship, study resources, and educational content, my goal is to equip healthcare professionals with the tools they need to thrive both personally and professionally.
In addition to my work in healthcare and business, I have built a presence in the entertainment industry as a professional plus-size model, brand ambassador, event host, and casting talent. I have participated in modeling opportunities, promotional campaigns, casting calls, and fashion events while collaborating with brands that celebrate diversity, confidence, and body positivity. I am available for runway shows, commercial and print modeling, hosting events, speaking engagements, promotional appearances, and other entertainment opportunities that align with my personal brand and values.
Throughout my career, I have also worked as a travel advisor, author, course creator, digital entrepreneur, and mentor, helping individuals around the world launch businesses, improve their credit, create digital products, and develop additional income streams. I have had the privilege of networking with successful entrepreneurs, millionaires, and celebrities—experiences that have broadened my perspective and strengthened my commitment to excellence.
What I am most proud of is my resilience. Over the past two years, I have navigated personal loss, career transitions, business challenges, and the responsibilities of motherhood while continuing to pursue higher education and expand multiple businesses. Those experiences have strengthened my faith, sharpened my leadership, and reinforced my belief that setbacks can become the foundation for greater success.

Every lesson I share is rooted in real-life experience, perseverance, and a genuine desire to help others grow. Whether I am caring for patients, mentoring entrepreneurs, educating future nurses, creating opportunities in the beauty industry, modeling, hosting events, or inspiring audiences through my story, my mission remains the same: to educate, empower, inspire, and create opportunities that positively impact lives and leave a lasting legacy.
Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
Networking has been one of the most valuable tools in my personal and professional journey. Building genuine relationships can open doors to opportunities, mentorships, collaborations, and long-term success. My advice is to be intentional about connecting with people who inspire you, attend industry events, engage with professionals on social media, and never be afraid to introduce yourself.
At the same time, I’ve learned that not everyone in your industry will be supportive. Unfortunately, you may encounter people who are unwelcoming, competitive, or unwilling to share knowledge. Rather than allowing that to discourage you, stay focused on your own path. Continue showing up authentically, remain professional, and let your work speak for itself.
The most meaningful relationships I’ve built have come from people who were genuine, encouraging, and willing to pour into others without expecting anything in return. Those are the mentors and peers who have helped me grow the most. Be open to learning from others, but also remember that you have something valuable to offer as well.
Above all, be yourself. Authenticity attracts the right people. The individuals who are meant to be part of your journey will naturally connect with your energy, your purpose, and your vision. Surround yourself with people who celebrate your growth, challenge you to become better, and genuinely want to see you succeed. Those relationships are far more valuable than trying to fit into circles where you are not appreciated.
