Check Out Edmond Cami’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Edmond Cami

Edmond, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started doing stand up comedy nine years ago. I never thought about it before i just decided to take a comedy class because i wanted to try something new and turned out i enjoyed it. In the first year i enjoyed it more than the crowed but i was consistent and learned to get better. There arent many Albanian stand up comics so i knew i would stick out. Bio- Edmond Cami, a dynamic stand-up comedian originally from Albania, has made waves in the U.S. comedy scene with his sharp humor and relatable storytelling. A semi-finalist at The World Series of Comedy and a featured performer in the Kenan Thompson Comedy Experience, Edmond has shared the stage with top-tier comics like Shane Gillis and Sam Morril. Performing at renowned venues coast to coast, Edmond combines his Albanian roots with his unique perspective on life in America, delivering laughs that resonate universally.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Stand up comedy is not a smooth road because you have to find jokes that work for all people because as a comic you perform in different states and countries.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a stand up comedian, one of my proudest moments was performing in front of Chris Rock and watching him laugh at my jokes.

What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
That you cannot please everyone and that is ok.
