Hi Max, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
I grew up visiting Hilton Head Island, a paradise far from my Columbus, Ohio, hometown. Dreaming of making Hilton Head Island my permanent home was a lifelong ambition fueled by my passion for real estate and complemented by my educational foundation in business and entrepreneurship. This dream manifested through real estate, and I owe this achievement to the remarkable people who have come into my life. Today, I have the privilege of calling Hilton Head Island my home and helping others navigate their real estate aspirations, assisting them in realizing their very own dreams on this picturesque island.

Can you tell us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned? Looking back, has it been easy or smooth?
The journey has been far from smooth sailing. I embarked on my real estate career as an intern, and my first full year as an agent coincided with the ending of the real estate boom driven by the COVID era. From there, we transitioned into our current landscape, one marked by unprecedented economic confusion and uncertainty. In a market that was already fiercely competitive, these conditions presented formidable challenges, but they also forged me into a resilient and adept real estate agent. This year, I’ve accomplished an impressive feat as a new agent, thriving in what may be the most demanding real estate market in history. However, the lion’s share of the credit must be extended to my incredible team, my esteemed company, and my business partner, Dan Prud’homme.
