Hi Shanovia, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Yes. I was a product of my environment, which led me to start a credit repair company. I was never taught about credit, and my family was never taught, and once I realized that, I knew it was a complete need to provide a credit repair service. So once I cleared my credit by using the laws put in place to protect our consumer rights and also building out my credit profile to its strongest potential, I said, well, hey, let me help my community. So, I started with my family and gradually branched out to potential lead clients. From there, my clientele began to skyrocket from showing the world what I could do to change their lives. And here we are now. We are worldwide.
Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned? Looking back, has it been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not been a smooth road at all; gosh, I had so many days where, As an entrepreneur, we experience burnout; it’s a real thing. I have over 500 clients, and that’s alot for anybody in my Industry, even with having a team to help, but at the end of the day, I’m the boss. Hence, my task is alot more difficult than my assistants, and on top of the struggles with so many clients, I’m still a mom; I still have daily, day-to-day tasks to accomplish, so I have to balance it all out. It gets a little wild, but I asked god for these days, so I will not complain.
