I have a background in the service and fitness industry. In college, I worked three jobs and changed my major multiple times before deciding to branch out independently. I had the pleasure of working at some of the top bars and restaurants at the time, but I knew working for myself would be much more rewarding.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The biggest struggle for any small business owner is trying to please everyone. You can’t! Understand your target. Build a brand that is true to You. Create a plan, but be willing to make changes if needed.
