Hi Angel, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work life, how can you bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My name is Angel Rogers, and I’m happily married to my wife and business partner, Jackie. I am a United States Marine Corps veteran who has started multiple businesses; as we all know, that doesn’t always go to plan, but A&J Auto Detailing has blown up so far! We own and operate a mobile detail company; we started this business to become independent and make our schedule for our daughter coming soon. It has always been our dream to be our bosses. Since our founding, we’ve worked with numerous clients throughout the area. Great service begins and ends with experienced and friendly professionals, which is why we put so much consideration into selecting only the best to join our team. We complete projects efficiently and on schedule and go above and beyond to form lasting relationships with our clients.
We all face challenges, but would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The struggles we faced were normal; adapting to the time balance was the most challenging part by far. Learning how to book appointments, follow up, and send coupons to our customers after rainy days sounds so simple, but there’s a lot of time management and processes in the back end to make one little thing happen. I find business very interesting and am grateful to be a part of it.
