Hi Ashley, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for sharing your story with us – to start, maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers.
I started Solcara Health after seeing a need for a combination of holistic/functional and traditional/western medicine. Our focus is to improve overall health by optimizing all aspects of your life (lifestyle, nutrients, diet, sexual and stress hormones, thyroid management, etc.). Many providers either sway to one side or the other, and I have always been a blend of both worlds. My background is in women’s health, but that soon grew to include men’s health and patients of all ages.
Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It’s been a crazy wild ride! We have been blessed to be so busy right from the get-go. Our staff is growing to accommodate our growth, and we already have such an incredible team.

At Solcara Health, we focus on the entire being. We help treat and manage primary care, gynecological needs, aesthetics, functional / holistic medicine, anti-aging medicine, and sexual health for both men and women. What sets us apart is the true caring nature and personalized care that many clinics lack.
What changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
Where to grow from here? I am still determining. The goal is to always to have a work and home life balance. Maybe one day we’ll grow a bit bigger, but for now, I love knowing all of our patients and I love the family vibe we emit. For now, keeping that component alive and vibrant is much more important than us growing into multiple offices. To me, it is all about reaching more people to heal more people without losing that intimate connection.
