Today we’d like to introduce you to Haley Ebersole.
Hi Haley, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
As an active member of the Charleston communities for many years, we are so excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate. With a passion for service in the Local Charleston area, my team and I are ready to help with your home buying and selling needs. I am proud member of the Carolina One family and the founder of the Palmetto Elite Group which carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything that we do. We recognize and value the trust our clients place in us, and we strive every day to exceed their expectations. As we grow, the Palmetto Elite Group team, our vision is to make small impacts on people’s lives through financial decisions in bringing families the American dream of homeownership. My team and I are also fierce supporters of shopping small and women empowering women, we often participate in placing local vendors in community events and outreach programs.
Outside of real estate, I live to serve and give back to my community in every way I can. I am a founding member of M.O.M, a support group for local mothers and families established during the pandemic to help make the “it takes a village” motto a reality.
I live in Cane Bay with my amazing husband of fifteen years, Dylan, my son Brayden, my daughter Hollyn, and my two doodle pups, Klaus and Cash. Prior to entering real estate, I was a small business owner for nearly ten years as a hairstylist. When I’m not making homeownership dreams come true for my clients, I enjoy spending time watching my children who are active in sports and playing cornhole with my husband.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road to where we are and I am today has not been without challenges. From shutdowns to delays, to finding my tribe, there are “communities” of realtors that are here with open arms and wanting to see you thrive.

The small things make me happy…god, my family, my community, and the tribe of people that have been placed in my life.
