Mz. Harley Mobile Cigar Lounge began as a mobile operation in 2019-2020 during the pandemic. After a successful year Mz. Harley opened their first brick and mortar location on August 1, 2021, at 1807 Decker blvd. suite 15 in the Sand Wood Plaza. Mz. Harley and the new space offer a red carpet elegant indoor and outdoor smoking experience with top-quality cigars and entertainment. The company offers a vast scope of services including weddings, birthday parties, retirement parties, golf tournaments, private parties, and many more. The team behind this minority and woman-owned business is looking forward to offering Columbia another exciting addition to the landscape of our ever-growing entertainment choices.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Entrepreneurship comes with as many rewards as it comes with challenges. Opening the cigar lounge has not always been a smooth road however, we trusted God and he allowed us to maneuver through the obstacles of the startup cost, securing a location, building out the location, beating competition, making important decisions, building our team, or just merely not getting distracted by administrative tasks.

Mz. Harley Cigar Lounge is an elegant upscale lounge that offers a smoker-friendly environment with premium cigars and a beer/wine bar. We also have multiple televisions, comfortable couches, bistro table, and lounging chairs. Although we offer multiple different premium sticks and wine; we are known for our signature wine and our signature Nicaragua sticks which sets us apart from others. I would like my readers to know that Mz Harley and her team offers a bonafide lounge where one can come and enjoy a fine cigar and mingle with other guests and PSSITA. (Put Some Smoke In The Air)
Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
There are multiple individuals I must extend credit to. My baby sister Kanish Farris who has pushed me and encouraged me to step out on faith and achieve my goals. My fiancé’ Bernard Singletary who stand beside me night and day when I’m experiencing some of the most difficult decisions that an entrepreneur has to make, my business coach Terrencia Mclamore who guides me with business decisions, and my children aka The Bookman Five. Last but not least God. I’m grateful every day that he allows me to awake with the strength and activity of my limbs to go and serve my guest. To all of Mz.
