Today we’d like to introduce you to Kristi Spann.
Hi Kristi, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I always wanted to become a real estate agent. I am a single parent of two children and I had to put my dream career off to provide for my family.
I put myself through college and worked two part-time jobs. I graduated in 2008 from Charleston Southern University and became a state employee.
When my children graduated from high school and currently in college, I decide to pursue my dream career in real estate.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it hasn’t been a smooth road. The struggle to provide for my family and myself. I am still on the road to success. Some days, it goes well. Other days, it can be a struggle. I’ve when I worked hard for what I want (or need), it won’t be taken for granted.
We’ve been impressed with Keller Williams Realty, Mt Pleasant, SC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a real estate agent for Keller Williams Realty in Mt Pleasant, SC. I specialize in finding the perfect homes for my clients. You can say I’m a matchmaker. I match my clients with their dream home.
What sets me apart from others is that I’ve lived in the area since the late 80s. I’ve seen Charleston transform to what it is today. I am able to guide my clients around the area to suit their needs.
What I’m most proud about my Keller Williams brand is that they put God first.
I would like the readers to know that dreams are possible as long as you put your mind to it and put in the work.
Being a real estate agent, I am also available to find the right home for you, no matter how long it takes. I’m not a stranger to hard work. I am your realtor for life.
What makes you happy?
Putting a smile on people’s faces makes me happy. It really warms my heart when I’m able to make someone smile.
