Hi Harry, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, let’s briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
The story of Harry starts on John’s Island in South Carolina. Most people never heard of it, so most of the time, you would say Charleston, and they would know where it was. Harry’s journey was challenging. Growing up, he never wanted to settle for tradition. He always knew that there was more to life. His mother and grandmother inspired him to learn about work ethic, teaching, and serving. Harry is the owner of Applyingpressureproductions and Hustlegrindstack. Hustlegrindstack is a lifestyle brand created by Harry and his brother Josh. With Hustlegrindstack, there is a clothing element, motivational speaking, and coaching. Harry believes that education, entrepreneurship, and empowerment are essential. He loves to speak to crowds and share his journey through life and the lessons that he has learned. There is greatness inside of everyone, and he believes that without God, none of his success would have been possible. Harry has captured special moments with names such as Rickey Smiley, Kareem Rosser, and Luke Doty. He has spoken as a keynote speaker and presented at multiple national conferences. One of his favorite quotes is you don’t have to be great to get started, but you have to get started to be great. Harry recently got engaged to Ty, and she has been very supportive in ensuring he continues growing.
Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned? Looking back, has it been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Some struggles have been learning about the true me. Often, we try to fit in or let others tell us who we should be. It’s so important that we know ourselves. Studying history and learning about things that ancestors did has been significant for me. Another area for improvement was finances. Growing a business requires being informed about money. The last struggle was a need for more knowledge and guidance. Seeking out mentorship is essential and can help anyone grow to a higher level.

Family and serving others make me happy. Family is important, and family does not have to be blood. When you can share and help those connected to you, it is such a beautiful thing. Everything attached to me wins. Service is the price you pay for the space you occupy. I am always looking to be of service to help the space I occupy.
