Hi Ya’Sheka, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I am beyond honored. My name is Ya’Sheka Washington, and I’m a Professional Certified Stager; my Business journey has been incredible thus far. I started out staging properties for My husband and me. My husband and I restate investors as well. We own multiple properties though out the low country area. Quality 1 Boutique Staging and Design specializing in home staging, redesign, Office staging, and Furniture redesign. We are here to set the stage or a temporary platform for your home or office space.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, it has not been a smooth road. Why? Because the demand for stagger isn’t that great. The homes are selling fast, and it’s not enough time to stage.

I’ve always had a passion for Interior Design and Fashion or anything that requires detail and art. what I’ve enjoyed the most about what I do, is allowing what I create in my mind to come to life. I started staging the properties about 3 years ago; after getting many compliments, I decided to take a course to become a certified stager. I also specialize in redesigning furniture and Acrylic artwork; what I’m known for the most is turning trash into treasure. What I am most proud of is the ability to transform anything. What sets me apart from others is creating art, redesigning, and making furniture for my projects.
