Inspiring Conversations with Kyle and Tabitha Garbart of Trident Health and Chiropractic

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kyle and Tabitha Garbart. Them and their team share their story with us below:

Kyle started his career as a Navy Corpsman during Desert Shield and he provided both medical and survival training for Navy pilots. Also, he supported several missions as a rescue diver/survival swimmer. After leaving the military he started receiving chiropractic care to help recover from a back injury that he received while in the military.

He has worked in the medical field for over 20 years in Cardiac Cath Labs helping patients recover from heart attacks. Realizing that true healing comes from the body, he quit his job as an IT consultant in Manhattan to pursue his passion for helping people.

Tabitha is a nurse with over 20 years in the healthcare industry, She wants to inspire others to take control of their overall health and well-being. Preventative care promotes building good habits that make a healthy lifestyle much easier to obtain and maintain. There are so many benefits to treating the body naturally.

Together as husband and wife, they own Trident Health and Chiropractic offering chiropractic care and IV hydration which go hand in hand to help their patients reach optimal health.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Of course! But anything easy usually is not worth doing. Kyle went back to school at the age of 43 which is an accomplishment in itself. Tabitha supported his schooling by helping him study, supporting the family financially, and motivating him every step of the way.

We were smart though. We started collecting used chiropractic equipment while he was in the 2nd quarter. We purchased a building in the 10th quarter. We started renovations of the office in 11th quarter. So that by the end of 14th quarter we were ready to open the office.

Kyle graduated on March 19, 2022, and Trident Health and Chiropractic opened its doors on April 11, 2022. Many of his instructors did not think that it could be done that quickly but we were determined.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Our office is not your typical office. We wanted something different. We wanted the office environment to be relaxing. When you walk into the building you will be greeted by a chiropractic assistant who will walk you through the check-in process. When you enter the main treatment floor you will notice the faint scent of aromatherapy that will instantly start to relax you before entering into the therapy room.

Each therapy room is furnished either with an intersegmental traction table or with a Zero Gravity Massage Chair and Himalayan Salt walls to give you a peaceful place to relax and bring calmness to your life and body. Next, you’ll have to consult with Dr. Kyle Garbart or Tabitha Garbart, DNP, RN to chat about your health-related problems and concerns, as well as potential treatment options. This initial visit is designed to understand exactly where you are at with your health and provide a roadmap to get you feeling your absolute best.

We specialize in chiropractic care for pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics, extremity adjustment, myofascial release, Kinesio taping, thermostim, electrotherapy, ultrasound, light therapy, IV hydration therapy for dehydration, weight loss, immunity system boost, athletic performance, metabolism, mental alertness/focus. We have something for everyone who wants to heal the body naturally.
