Meet Liz Paschal of Paschal Beauty

Today we’d like to introduce you to Liz Paschal. 

Hi Liz, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
Paschal Beauty was established in May of 2017 we are a skincare brand for acne and hyperpigmentation skin concerns. God gave me this vision on a vacation in Florida during my birthday to start my business. I’ve always had a passion for skincare since I was little. In fact, our very own Golden Grail Exfoliating Face Scrub was actually the first product I formulated. I would use it for my acne as well as gift some to my brother who loved it so much and would tell me how good of a product it was. I always wanted to work for myself because I knew the gift that God gave me was to impact and help others. I was working my 9-5 job at a loan company and knew that it has to be more than that. I quit my job due to some events that had taken place in my life and with faith and a stimulus check I Officially launched Paschal Beauty in December of 2020. It was the best decision ever. As the word started getting out and going viral on TikTok with over 40k supporters I grew my five-figure business that’s about to a six-figure business in just one year of being in business. 

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Some struggles along the way are of course figuring out who to target. Who needs my products? I had the hardest time trying to figure that out and market it effectively to my audience. Once I figured that out it was definitely a game changer and sales started flooding in and my brand is growing tremendously. 

As you know, we’re big fans of Paschal Beauty. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
I am the owner and the only employee as of right now so it can be very challenging because I basically have to be the one to do all of the marketing, product photography, make products, formulate products, test products, package orders, and so forth. 

What sets me apart from others is that I understand my audience. I know what products they want, what content they want to see, and so forth so I am able to make sure I use an effective formula that may help with their concerns and that makes me proud to know that their needs are being met when they choose Paschal Beauty. 

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
My faith. I must give the credit to God because without Him I honestly don’t know if I would be this far. I literally remember praying for days like these. I remember praying for just five orders a week and now He has blessed me with hundreds of orders. I am truly blessed to be able to impact so many lives and I look forward to continuing impacting lives.
