Today we’d like to introduce you to Naudia Priester.
Hi Naudia, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’ve always been interested in nails from the time I was 6 years old it was always my dream to run my own nail business whether it was my own shop or just working for myself or even working in a salon and just work my way up! I took nails seriously at the age of 19 years after I went through a miscarriage, it was something that soothed me in my time of grief. I started getting major clientele in 2020 once the pandemic came and the rest was history
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It truly hasn’t been easy. It’s been many times I’ve stopped and kept going. A lot of the times I’ve stopped was due to personal struggles I was going through at certain times and a lot of times as well i stopped because I didn’t believe in my craft it’s been times where I’ve seen others grow strong in their business and I felt at a standstill at times
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I currently am a nail artist! I do nails and am trying to build my career up piece by piece. I’m proud that no matter how many times I took a break I come back stronger each time! I’m best know for being very clean and sharp with my work and being a perfectionist. The thing that sets me apart from others is that I know my flaws before anybody does and I learn from them and fix them when it comes to my craft
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
To never give up on what you love doing the most and the more you put in the work and effort someone out there sees you even when you don’t think so
