From the beginning, my goal was simple: create a safe space where people feel heard, supported, and empowered to make informed decisions about their lives. I wanted insurance to feel less transactional and more transformational.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road has definitely not been smooth—but it has been meaningful. One of the greatest challenges I faced early on was breaking through an industry that is complex, highly regulated, and often transactional, while trying to lead with education, compassion, and integrity. Simplifying insurance for people who were already overwhelmed required patience, persistence, and a willingness to do the extra work when shortcuts would have been easier.
As an entrepreneur, I also had to navigate the realities of building something from the ground up—limited resources, wearing multiple hats, and learning how to scale responsibly without losing the heart of the mission. There were moments of uncertainty, especially while balancing growth, leadership, and personal responsibilities, but each challenge refined my vision and strengthened my resolve.
Another obstacle was learning how to trust my voice and leadership in spaces where representation isn’t always equal. I had to grow into confidence, advocate for myself, and remain committed to my values even when the path felt isolating. Those moments taught me that resilience isn’t just about endurance—it’s about alignment.

While change can feel overwhelming, I believe it presents a powerful opportunity to better serve people—if approached with intention and integrity.
One of the biggest shifts will be the move toward more personalized, consumer-driven solutions. Clients are no longer satisfied with one-size-fits-all coverage or transactional relationships. They want guidance, education, and advocacy. As complexity increases, the role of the advisor becomes even more critical—not just as a provider, but as a trusted educator and navigator.
