Today we’d like to introduce you to Kamise Washington.
Hi Kamise, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
It all started while I was working for an industrial, construction/painting company back in 2018. My supervisor and co-workers were training me on how to tape up ,prepare and paint. As I was learning things just started to come together like I already could do it. Never in my wildest dream I thought that I would be actually painting for real.
I then began to try painting small things at home . My first painting project was my sister Karessa’s barn. It was all white one color. I took some before and after pictures and saw what I actually accomplished myself and made someone happy in the process. I went home that night and prayed. I Thanked God for the gift that he placed inside of me that I didn’t know I had. Asked God to guide me if this was his plan for me , got on my phone made up my own design for buisness cards and then that’s when things really started to happen for me. I Thank God for every opportunity.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road hasn’t always been smooth, but it’s worth it when you’re in buisness. Because one day everything can be going all good then the next day things maybe not so good.

I’m a painter. I specialize in painting commercial and residential properties. I’m known for keeping the customers satisfied. My mission statement says that “OUR #1 MISSION IS TO SATISFY YOU “. I’m proud of. the fact that I’m able to do something to help people. I take on every project as if it was my own home or building etc.
What matters most to you? Why?
That I may have made someone’s dream come to reality. I just pride on doing my best in everything I do.
