Today we’d like to introduce you to Leith Larson.
Hi Leith, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started my company in Massachusetts in 2020 after working for Renewal by Andersen installing windows and doors. I saw an opportunity to give customers better service while saving them money, so I stepped out on my own.
Two years in, I faced a major health battle with Crohn’s disease that kept me out of work for nine months. Through surgery, prayer, and God’s grace, I made a full recovery and came back stronger than ever.
In 2024, my family and I followed God’s calling to move to Aiken, South Carolina. After listening to homeowners, I quickly realized how hard it was to find a reliable, responsive contractor. That’s why communication and follow-through are my top priorities.
By God’s provision, my first year in Aiken surpassed three years of work in Massachusetts. Today, I’m honored to serve customers with honest, dependable work—from small projects to full renovations.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
2020-covid
2022- 9 month ill with chroins
2024- moving my family and company to a new beginning in Aiken.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We are award-winning company.
Who brings reliable service to customers? We specialize in windows and doors. But we do everything from handyman services, decks, flooring, bathroom remodels, and consults. What set my company apart is being reliable, where when you call I answer, making the process fast and less stressful for the customer, while saving them a bunch of money. For my company im great full for when I see customer faces smile with excitement because their dreams have come to light. You always know your doing something right when customer tell you they have a extra bedroom for you! Love it. I am a straight forward company, I tell you what you need and dont try to sell you on more, I dont hide anything from customers, while working on their house if I see something I instantly get the client to show.
Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
The most important thing I can say to a starting company is do what you say. If you work by what you say, customers will see it and your company will triple the first year. Some people start out looking to have their own hours but when its your company your are on the clock 24/7.
When I started I felt like I left a lot on the table, by not following up after getting customer an estimate, I feel like that would have improved my turn over. Which I do now and it most definitely helps.
