Meet Lindsay Lundquist of Blossom Behavioral Solutions, LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lindsay Lundquist.

Hi Lindsay, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started in the field of behavior analysis in 2016 when I found my job as a registered behavior technician. I was in college at the time, changed my majors and immediately went to grad school for Applied Behavior Analysis after, graduating in December of 2019. I moved to SC in 2020 from Michigan, needing a change of environment. I was working full time and realized, with the help of some mentors, that I felt like there was a gap between behavioral health and mental health. I formed Blossom Behavioral Solutions, LLC in 2022 to bridge that gap and build resources for children, adolescents, and young adults to help them thrive and blossom into their fullest potential. Over the past 4 years, Blossom has evolved. I launched a podcast in August of 2025 (The Blossom Mindset) to provide additional mindfulness and action-oriented resources for adults. In addition, I began launching more products (and soon a virtual community group) to access services outside of 1:1 coaching. In addition, I published my first children’s book (The Adventures of Willow: Finding Furr-Ever) in October of 2023 and my second (The Adventures of Willow: Home at Last) in March of 2025. I have gotten to where I am today with the support of close friends, regulating my own nervous system, and shaping my own limiting beliefs. I continue to push myself to be better, to grow, and continue to align with my values.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, it has not been a smooth road. I started Blossom Behavioral Solutions alone, admittedly without a strong plan. I am grateful because it has led me to be where I am today. There have been many financial struggles, moving from stable financial income to variable income and increased outgoing expenses to expand. I have had many thoughts about giving up, however, I know that it is worth it and each year it has continued to grow. The first 3-5 years are the toughest, right? I did not have investors or financial support along the way so the growth looks slightly different. Another struggle has been promoting the book. I have attended many community events, vendor events, etc and reach has been limited. Expansion has been a challenge, in addition to finding the time to build out additional resources, as most of my time is dedicated to 1:1 coaching at the moment.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I founded Blossom Behavioral Solutions, LLC in 2022, based in Fort Mill, SC. I provide 1:1 behavior coaching for children, adolescents, and young adults. I specialize in clinical behavior analysis, in addition to providing coaching related to health and fitness behaviors. What sets me apart from others is that I focus on emotional and nervous system regulation and forward action with skill building. Behaviors are not all negative. Behaviors are simply actions that can be observed. Now, there are also internal behaviors that we cannot see, which I address and work with as well utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My goal is to provide support for each individual based on their needs and goals they would like to address. I am proud of my brand for creating and fostering a safe, mindful, intentional environment and expanding resources such as workbooks and The Blossom Mindset podcast. In addition, I am a certified clinical trauma specialist to provide trauma-informed care, focusing on the imact of trauma and triggers on our nervous system and responses.

I offer 1:1 coaching to help individuals blossom into their fullest potential. It is not counseling, rather, coaching to help you better your life. Whether you are feeling “stuck” and unsure of where to start, wanting a change in your life, or feeling like your current life does not align with values, I am here to meet each person where they are at. I offer in-person and virtual options. My goal is simple, it is to provide quality, relatable connection and support. My brand is centered around mindfulness, regulation, intentional living, and creating strong habits.

What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
I love that Fort Mill, SC is a good midway point between the mountains and the beach/ coast. I am a nature girl and this city provides the space to be able to access nature, ground, and regulate. Unfortunately, I do not like how crowded it has become over the last few years but that also goes to show how wonderful of a community it is!
