Lunara, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My journey has been shaped by both structure and soul. For many years, I built a successful career in corporate leadership, learning how to manage people, systems, and high-pressure environments. From the outside, everything looked stable and accomplished, but internally, I felt a growing pull toward something deeper, more aligned with who I truly was.
I’ve always been intuitive, reflective, and drawn to understanding human behavior, healing, and self-awareness. Over time, I began to honor that calling more intentionally through writing, spiritual study, and personal healing practices. What started as private reflection slowly became something I felt called to share.
That evolution led to the creation of Spells from Her Skin, a poetry collection rooted in embodiment, healing, and remembrance. Writing became a bridge between who I had been and who I was becoming. It allowed me to give language to experiences many people feel but don’t always know how to express.
From there, The Haven of Lunara was born. It serves as a space for self-healing, reflection, and inner guidance, where people are encouraged to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and trust their own inner wisdom. My work today blends structure with intuition, offering grounded support while honoring the spiritual and emotional dimensions of growth.
Where I am now feels less like a destination and more like alignment. I’m no longer separating who I am from what I do. Instead, my work has become an extension of my lived experience, rooted in authenticity, compassion, and the belief that healing begins when we listen inward.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. One of the biggest challenges was learning how to honor my inner calling while still navigating external expectations, whether that came from traditional career paths, societal definitions of success, or even my own fear of stepping fully into visibility.
Balancing structure and intuition was another hurdle. I spent many years excelling in environments that valued productivity and performance, which made it challenging at times to trust slower, more reflective ways of creating and leading. There were moments of self-doubt, especially when choosing authenticity over certainty.
Another challenge was learning to set boundaries with my time, my energy, and my own tendency to overextend myself. Growth required me to unlearn the idea that rest needed to be earned or that clarity only comes through constant motion.
Each obstacle ultimately became a teacher. They pushed me to build healthy resilience, deepen self-trust, and create work that feels sustainable and aligned rather than rushed. Looking back, the challenges weren’t detours, they were essential to becoming grounded in who I am and how I serve.

The Haven of Lunara LLC is a wellness and creative practice rooted in self-healing, reflection, and inner guidance. The brand was created to offer a grounded, accessible space for individuals seeking clarity, restoration, and deeper connection to themselves.
The practice offers intuitive guidance, energy-based healing sessions, hypnotherapy, and reflective tools such as journaling prompts and guided practices. Each service is designed to support individuals through life transitions, emotional processing, and personal growth, encouraging self-trust rather than dependence.
What sets The Haven of Lunara apart is its integration of structure and intuition. The work honors both practical grounding and inner wisdom, allowing clients to move at a sustainable pace that prioritizes clarity, nervous-system awareness, and embodied healing.
The brand also includes creative work such as Spells from Her Skin, my self-published poetry collection that explores embodiment, remembrance, and healing through language. Writing remains a foundational pillar of the practice, serving as both expression and invitation.
What I am most proud of is the integrity of the space that has been built. One that values rest, authenticity, and depth over performance or perfection. The Haven of Lunara exists to create room for meaningful self-connection and to remind people that healing begins within.
What’s next?
Looking ahead, my focus is on deepening and expanding The Haven of Lunara in ways that remain intentional, holistic, and sustainable. I plan to continue evolving my services to better support the full spectrum of well-being, including expanding into relationship-centered guidance and nutritional support that honors both emotional and physical health.
I’m also preparing to launch a new Florida Water product by spring, timed intentionally with the spring equinox, a season traditionally associated with renewal and cleansing. The offering is designed to support energetic and physical space clearing, aligning with the natural urge many people feel to refresh and reset their homes during this time of year.
Alongside service expansion, I look forward to growing my creative work with future written offerings that build on the foundation of Spells from Her Skin. Writing will always remain a central thread of the practice, evolving alongside the work itself.
Longer-term, my vision includes establishing a permanent, stationary space for The Haven of Lunara, a physical sanctuary where individuals can gather for guidance, reflection, workshops, and community-centered experiences. Creating a dedicated environment for intentional healing and connection feels like a natural next chapter.
Ultimately, my future plans are rooted in alignment rather than speed. My goal is to build a body of work and a space that honors depth, integrity, and presence, while continuing to support others in reconnecting with themselves and trusting their inner guidance.
