Today we’d like to introduce you to Laurie Dragunoff.
Hi Laurie, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Laurie Dragunoff has over thirty years of experience in the interior design industry. She holds a BFA in Interior Design from UMass Amherst. Her work has been featured in multiple publications.
Laurie owned a showroom for 16 years in Ct. before moving to Myrtle Beach nine years ago.
Passionate about creating unique spaces that are both stylish and comfortable for everyday living. Laurie specializes in helping clients transform their home or commercial space.
Typically, my clients are diverse in Myrtle Beach with rentals, renovations, second homes and new builds. I work with builders & contractors as a team to achieve a great design within personal budgets.
Education is always ongoing visiting the International Highpoint show twice yearly. Meeting with reps to update my extensive library and purchasing samples for my client’s approval.
Thankfully I choose the profession that I was born to choose. My projects inspire me to be creative and mindful daily. Always up for the challenge of the next great design project.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
One of my challenges was to move nine years ago form CT. It took under a year to get back up and running for new business in SC.
