Daily Inspiration: Meet Calen Pangle

Today we’d like to introduce you to Calen Pangle.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Calen Pangle began his career in nutrition by teaching nutrition education to children, where he first saw how clear, simple guidance could make a meaningful difference. He later transitioned into clinical nutrition, working in hospitals and dialysis settings, gaining experience with complex medical conditions and patients who needed structured, evidence-based support.

After several years in clinical practice, Calen also worked in property management, where he developed strong skills in business operations, systems, and client communication. This combination of clinical expertise and operational experience eventually shaped the foundation for his own practice.

Guided by his faith in Christ and a commitment to serve others with integrity and excellence, Calen founded Dynamic Wellness Solutions, a practice focused on providing personalized, high-quality nutrition care. Over time, he built out the systems, processes, and multi-state structure needed to support a modern telehealth and in-person nutrition practice.

Today, Calen is known for his detailed approach, evidence-based guidance, and ability to help clients navigate everything from chronic conditions to lifestyle change. His mission is simple: provide clear, effective nutrition support that helps people improve their health in a practical and sustainable way.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
One of the biggest challenges in my work has been helping clients unlearn years of misinformation about nutrition. Many people come to me after trying countless diets, trends, or conflicting advice, and part of the process is rebuilding their understanding of food, health, and their own bodies. It takes patience, education, and trust—but it’s extremely rewarding to watch those shifts happen.

Another ongoing challenge is balancing the clinical side of nutrition care with the operational demands of running a growing practice. As my caseload and services expand across multiple states, I’ve had to become very intentional about systems, organization, and time management. It’s stretched me professionally, but it’s also strengthened my leadership and the structure of my practice.

Finally, some of the most meaningful challenges come from supporting clients who are navigating complex medical, emotional, or life circumstances. Walking with people through those moments requires compassion, discernment, and steady guidance. My faith in Christ shapes the way I approach those challenges—with humility, service, and a commitment to meeting people where they are.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I specialize in complex cases that many practitioners find challenging—diabetes, kidney disease, weight management, GI disorders, and clients navigating chronic illness or emotional eating. I’m known for combining clinical precision with a deeply relational, judgment-free coaching style. My faith in Christ guides the way I serve: with integrity, excellence, and genuine care for each person who entrusts me with their health story.

What I’m most proud of is the transformation I get to witness in my clients—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Many of the people I work with come to me feeling defeated, overlooked, or confused by years of conflicting information. Seeing them regain confidence, stabilize their health, and feel hopeful again is what motivates me every day.

What sets me apart is the level of personalization and dedication I bring to each client. I’m extremely detail-oriented, data-driven, and intentional about tailoring every plan to the individual—not just their labs and symptoms, but their lifestyle, preferences, challenges, and goals. I combine clinical expertise with real-world practicality, making nutrition doable, sustainable, and meaningful. My clients know they’re not just another appointment on my schedule—they’re truly cared for.

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
The quality that has been most important to my success is consistency—both in how I show up for my clients and in how I build my practice. I don’t rely on quick fixes or surface-level solutions. I stay committed, attentive, and steady, even when cases are complex or progress takes time. That consistency builds trust, produces measurable results, and sets a tone of reliability that my clients can feel.

Alongside that, I’d say discernment has been crucial. In nutrition, no two people present the same way, even with the same diagnosis. Being able to assess the full picture—labs, symptoms, lifestyle, psychology, and patterns—and make clear, individualized decisions is a skill I’ve intentionally developed. It allows me to create plans that are not only clinically appropriate but actually sustainable for real people with real lives.

Both qualities are rooted in my faith in Christ, which shapes the way I work: steady, principled, service-oriented, and focused on doing things the right way rather than the fast way.
