Hi Henry, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
It all started on a Saturday morning after a few friend’s and I return from the gym playing basketball. I was station at Fort Hood , TX at the time..what started as a project to wash my car turned in to a car wash for many others after joking with a passing car and someone yelling how much for a wash I shouted back jokingly twenty dollar before long a line formed and two dollars in hand.i start a side hustle during the weekend
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No detailing is not for everyone. I had to learn paints, products and the business of pricing my work. Start up was a little difficult because i did know all the equipment i need.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
As the owner of Its Clean Auto Detailing, LLC, I’m hands on with every vehicle. I do this work because i love restoring cars and giving customers that “new car” feeling again. I specialize in full interior and exterior detailing, deep cleaning, and paint care. People know me for my attention to detail and consistent quality. I’m proud of the trust my clients have in me.What sets me apart is simple: I don’t rush, I don’t cut corners, and i treat every vehicle like its my own.
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is that consistency builds trust. No matter how skilled you are, people remember how you made them feel and whether you delivered on your word. Showing up, doing the job right every time, and treating each customer with respect has been the key to growing my business and my reputation.
