Hi Shakeita, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started off as a mortgage lender in 2020 and had the privilege of helping over 300 families get approved for financing while working in retail lending. In 2025, I took the next step and acquired my real estate license, which now allows me to help clients not just finance their homes, but also find them.

My goal has always been to make the homebuying process as seamless and stress-free as possible. By working both sides of the transaction, lending and real estate. I’m able to anticipate challenges, resolve issues faster, and provide a more complete, supportive experience for my clients. Helping people build stability and generational wealth through real estate is what drives me every day.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I got started during the height of COVID, with no mentor, no roadmap, just determination and a stack of guidelines. I had to figure it out alone, reading FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loan manuals front to back, studying lender matrices, and learning through every challenge. Some deals paid nothing; I gave up thousands just to get families into their homes, because helping people mattered more than the paycheck. Those early days taught me how to fight, how to problem-solve, and how to serve with purpose. It’s what made me resilient, resourceful, and all-in for my clients today.

At the core of my business is a mission to simplify and empower the homeownership journey. I specialize in both mortgage lending and real estate, which gives me a unique edge. I’m able to help clients finance and find their home, all under one roof. This dual expertise allows me to prevent problems before they happen and resolve issues quickly when they do.

I work with first-time buyers, seasoned investors, and families looking for stability, and I bring the same energy and attention to each one. What sets me apart is relentless problem-solving, clear communication, and a deep commitment to doing what’s right, even when it means giving more than I get.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the trust I’ve built. My clients know I show up, I fight for their deal, and I treat their home like it’s my own. I want readers to know that whether you’re buying, selling, or financing, I’m here to make the process smoother, smarter, and stress-free.
