Hi Secelie, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My story is one of continually building strength, fueled by resilience and a deep commitment to personal and professional growth, which has brought me right here, ready for this opportunity.
I am in my 30s, and my most important role is being a mother to my eight-year-old daughter. This responsibility is a huge driver, motivating me to find a secure and purposeful place where I can make a lasting contribution. My professional path has involved exploring multiple areas of study—which yielded valuable certifications in Legal Technology, Business Management, and Marketing—before realizing where my core strengths truly lie. These experiences weren’t dabbling; they were intentional efforts to acquire a diverse skill set built on research, strategic analysis, and communication.
On a personal level, my faith and commitment to being a follower of Jesus enforce my certainty that things will always work out for the best. This emotional intelligence, coupled with my focus on developing a strong sense of self, means I come to a professional environment ready to engage in healthy, communicative, and effective teamwork.
I consider myself an analytical investigator—I love diving into local history and genealogy—but I’m also a passionate artist.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
My professional journey is fundamentally rooted in resilience, self-reliance, and an exceptional capacity for adaptability—traits forged through navigating life’s challenges from an early age. Having established an independent and resourceful path early on, my inherent strength and conviction in positive outcomes provide an unshakable foundation for my work today. I approach every challenge with the certainty that diligent effort and a positive perspective lead to success.
Over six years following my graduation at Traveler’s Rest High School, I engaged in extensive higher education across two institutions. While prioritizing skills acquisition through practical application over the completion of a single degree, this commitment yielded valuable certifications in Legal Technology, Business Management, and Marketing. This diverse training, complemented by an impressive modeling portfolio, provides a unique blend of analytical, strategic, and presentation skills that underpin my management work. I have successfully translated a habit of continuous personal improvement into a readiness to secure a stable and impactful professional place in the world.
Beyond the operational sphere, my life is grounded by family, music, and my faith. I am driven daily by a twofold mission: to foster joy in the people I love and to strive for constant personal betterment. This inherent drive for growth extends to my creative pursuits, where I am a passionate acrylic artist, specializing in a truly out-of-this-world style defined by vibrant colors and inventive concepts. This combination of deep professional commitment, strategic skills, and profound personal resilience defines who I am and the positive impact I seek to create.
Outside of my professional endeavors, the pillars of my life are family, music, and being a follower of Jesus. My daily mission is twofold: to put smiles on the faces of the people I love and to constantly improve as a person. Beyond the operational world, I am a passionate acrylic artist on canvas, specializing in a truly out-of-this-world style defined by unique blends of vibrant colors and fun, inventive concepts. This creative outlet is integral to my personal expression and highlights the multitude of talents I possess.

Throughout my adult years, I’ve spent 15 cultivating exceptional poise, professionalism, and dedication as a contract Promotional Model for Push Agency. This high-demand environment has honed my ability to quickly embody and articulate brand values, interact effectively with diverse audiences, and consistently maintain the highest standards of reliability.
Concurrently, my primary operational focus is as a Regional Organizational Manager for Spinx. In this role, I specialize in implementing customer service-driven marketing strategies and transforming corporate strategy into regional success. My current achievements include managing multi-site operations, leading teams to elevate key customer service metrics, and streamlining organizational processes to ensure our local marketing initiatives achieve maximum impact and foster brand loyalty.
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
I have a wonderful boss at Spinx, Joanne. She really pulled me out of a dark place and saved me from ruining my life. She’s the voice I hear in the back of my head every day saying “go to work, Secelie”. My mom and my daughter, as well as my little brother, my motivating factors. They make sure to keep me in line and remind me to follow my head, not just my heart and continually loving me despite my persistent difficulty. I’m blessed to have so many friends and so many wonderful people in my life to be grateful for and they know who they are. Most of all, above all else, God for his mercy and unfailing love guiding me back home each time I have gone astray.
