Micheal, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
MikeMikes started from helping people long before it was a business.
Micheal “MikeMike” Green was always the one family and friends called when their phones froze, computers crashed, or they needed help with technology. After years of fixing devices, teaching people how to use them, and solving tech problems for free — he realized this was more than just a skill. It was a service the community needed.
At the same time, there was also a need for affordable beauty supplies in the area. People shouldn’t have to travel far to get basic products. So instead of choosing one lane, MikeMike combined both — technology and beauty — into one brand that represents versatility, hustle, and resourcefulness.
MikeMikes Computers & Beauty LLC became an official business — not from a plan on paper — but from real life. It grew out of helping people one by one, doing what he’s good at, and turning that into opportunity.
That’s how MikeMikes started — from purpose, service, and community.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There have been a few challenges along the way and in business, the first few years can be the hardest. We started with Limited start-up money, as we didn’t begin with a big bank loan or investors.
So equipment was bought slowly — one piece at a time — and repairs were done using skill instead of expensive new parts.
Solution: grow with what you have, reinvest the profit back in.
Another challenge was that People didn’t know the brand yet.
At first, nobody knows your name. No one trusts a business that’s brand new.
Solution: MikeMikes built trust by helping people FIRST — being consistent, showing good work, and letting word-of-mouth spread naturally.

The most important quality to my success is consistency.
Showing up even when it’s hard, staying committed when results are slow, and keeping the same level of effort every day — that’s what builds trust, reputation, and growth. Talent helps, skills help, but consistency is what turns effort into success.
