My name is Tammy Tran, and I’ve been in this industry for about 11 years. I specialize in nails, lashes, eyebrows, and permanent makeup.
In the past, I worked for many different salons and even owned couple nail salons myself. I thought that becoming a salon owner would give me more freedom to take better care of my clients — but it didn’t quite turn out that way.
Eventually, I decided to open my own private studio, where I could create a more personal and relaxed experience for both myself and my clients. Here, I schedule specific appointments for each client, which allows me to truly get to know them and understand what they need.
For me, it’s not just about doing the service and making money — it’s about connection, care, and making every client feel comfortable and happy. Now, my work feels more meaningful, and every appointment is something I genuinely look forward to.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
When I first opened my studio, it wasn’t easy. I had lived in Piedmont, then moved to California before coming back here. Especially in Greenville, I didn’t have a single familiar client. Starting completely from zero was challenging, but I focused on building my clientele one person at a time. I’m truly grateful for those first few clients who trusted me and continued this journey with me.

At my private studio, I offer nails, lashes, eyebrows, and permanent makeup services — all in a calm, one-on-one setting. What sets my business apart is the personal attention and genuine care I give to each client.
Instead of rushing through appointments like in busy salons, I take the time to understand every client’s unique style and needs. My goal is to create results that look natural and make each person feel confident and beautiful.
I’m most proud that my brand stands for quality, trust, and authenticity. Every service is done with heart and intention — it’s not just about beauty, but about helping clients feel relaxed, valued, and truly seen.
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
I believe the most important quality behind my success is genuine care and dedication. I always put my heart into every service I do — no matter how small. Clients can feel when you truly care about them, not just about the result but about their experience as a whole.
Being detail-oriented and honest with my clients has also helped me build strong, lasting relationships. I don’t see my work as just a job — it’s something I love and take pride in. When you work with passion and integrity, success naturally follows.
