Today we’d like to introduce you to JaVonna Alexander.
Hi JaVonna, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
JaVonna Alexander is a proud Charleston, SC native and a dedicated real estate professional with a passion for helping families achieve homeownership. She graduated from the University of South Carolina Upstate in May of 2016. She has a dual degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics/Finance & Bachelor of Arts in International Business from her one year study abroad experience in Landshut, Germany.
For the past nine years, JaVonna has worked full-time with the federal government while simultaneously building a thriving real estate career. A licensed agent for seven years, she hit the ground running—selling 16 homes in her first year and earning the Rising Star Award from the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors. Since then, she has consistently ranked in the top 5% of Charleston realtors and has helped more than 180 families buy or sell their homes.

Above all, JaVonna is a devoted mother to her daughter, Emersyn Marie’. She leads with heart and integrity, striving to serve her clients with excellence and care. JaVonna has successfully completed the real estate broker course and plans to take the licensing exam by the end of the year as she works toward becoming a broker. She is committed to growing in her profession and helping even more families make confident, informed real estate decisions.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The struggles of being a full time realtor/federal employee and having an involved toddler, but learning balance and living by the calendar

Real estate, I am proud of my production with me having another full time career and the amount of families that I am able to assist. I build lasting relationships with my clients it is never about just collecting a check
