Hi Tyreese, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Tyreese began his journey in the landscaping business as follows:
He was inspired by his father and uncle, whom worked in landscaping for government contracts. In 2003, while also running a trucking company, he started managing landscaping projects part-time. By 2010 his passion became full-time and he committed completely to landscaping and maintenance services. subsequently, he founded TM Landscape Solutions (Originally TM Landscaping) and in 2019 launched the franchise model of the business to start franchising.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Some of the struggles were finding the right employees to handle different projects.
