Hi Candice, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’m Candice, the founder of Glitz N Graze! I’m also a proud mom of three busy, athletic boys, so life in our house is always full of games, school events, and family time. Between the constant hustle, I was always looking for ways to feed my crew healthy, delicious snacks that kept them fueled, not to mention, I needed something creative that let me tap into my own feminine energy amidst all the chaos.
That’s where my love for charcuterie began. What started as simple snack boxes for road trips and fun spreads for movie nights quickly became a creative outlet for me. I loved how I could combine balance, beauty, and flavor and of course, add my own touch of sparkle and style.
Seeing the joy on my boys’ faces made me realize I wasn’t just putting food together, I was creating moments. That’s when Glitz N Graze was born.
Now, I get to bring that same joy and creativity to others, helping families, friends, and businesses celebrate through beautiful, flavorful boards that make every occasion special. At Glitz N Graze, it’s not just about the food; it’s about adding a little glitz, a lot of love, and making memories that last.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Oh, the struggle is definitely real! It’s a lot to juggle; everyday life, being a mom, and then all the behind-the-scenes work that comes with running a business like marketing, designing, and serving. There are definitely busy days and late nights. But honestly, because this is something I’m so passionate about, it doesn’t feel like a burden. Creating these boards is my outlet. It’s where I get to be creative and pour my heart into something I love. Seeing people’s faces light up when they get their board makes every bit of the hustle worth it.

I specialize in creating custom charcuterie boards and grazing experiences that bring people together through food, beauty, and creativity. Each board is thoughtfully designed, from the colors and textures to the layout and presentation because I truly believe food should feel as good as it tastes.
I’m known for adding a touch of sparkle and personality to every creation. Whether it’s an intimate date-night board, a birthday celebration, or a large event grazing table, I love finding ways to make each one feel unique and special to the person it’s for.
What I’m most proud of is how Glitz N Graze has grown into something that not only feeds people but connects them. I started this as a personal outlet, but now it’s a way for me to help others celebrate life’s moments in a fun, elegant, and memorable way.
What sets me apart is my eye for design and the heart I put into every detail. My boards aren’t just assembled, they’re curated with care, creativity, and a little bit of “glitz” that makes people stop and say, “Wow.”
What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
Over the next 5–10 years, I see the charcuterie and grazing industry continuing to grow as people look for more creative, elevated ways to gather and celebrate. It’s no longer just about food, it’s about the experience that comes with it.
For Glitz N Graze, I definitely see us establishing a physical retail presence where customers can come in, pick up boards, and even customize their own. I’m also excited to explore wholesale partnerships with local wineries and other small businesses. I think there’s so much opportunity to collaborate and create beautiful pairings.
Another goal of mine is to expand into offering our own line of custom wood boards, so our customers can take home a little piece of the Glitz N Graze experience. Overall, I see the industry becoming even more community-driven, creative, and focused on connection, and I can’t wait to grow alongside it.
