I started with a simple goal, to provide reliable maintenance services that people could truly trust. Years ago, I worked hands-on in the HVAC industry and quickly noticed how many homeowners and businesses struggled to find honest, quality service.
That experience inspired me to launch Palmetto Facilities Maintenance LLC, starting with just a few tools, a van, and a strong work ethic.
Over time, what began as a small operation has grown into a full-service company offering HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions across the Upstate of South Carolina. I’ve built a team that shares the same commitment to integrity, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction that I had from day one.
Today, I’m proud to say we’re not just fixing systems — we’re building relationships, supporting our community, and setting a new standard for service in our area
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t been a smooth road, but every challenge shaped the business into what it is today.
In the early days, I had to wear every hat: technician, dispatcher, and marketer.
While managing limited resources and long hours.
Finding people who shared my values was another major hurdle, but it taught me the importance of leadership, consistency, and building the right culture.
Those early struggles became the foundation that now keeps Palmetto Facilities Maintenance running efficiently and focused on long-term success.

My number one book that teaches me everything is the Bible.
It’s my foundation for life and business.
