Hi Daniel, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I was searching for a job that truly fit me—something that matched the lifestyle I wanted and, more importantly, something I could carry with me wherever I went. One day, while sitting in the barber’s chair, I started asking my barber questions: how he liked it, what the life was like, and if it was worth it. His answers planted a seed.
I went home and started digging deeper, researching barbering, watching videos, reading articles, and imagining myself in that world. A couple of months later, I made the leap—I enrolled in barber school. From the very first day, it just felt right. The clippers, the conversations, the culture—it stuck with me in a way nothing else ever had.
Barbering didn’t just give me a skill; it changed me. It gave me purpose, freedom, and a craft I could call my own. Now, two years later, I’m standing behind the chair at Kings Corner Barbershop in downtown Woodruff, living the life I once only imagined.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Balancing full-time school, work, and family while learning new techniques and hairstyles was never easy. There were days I felt stretched thin, moving from the classroom to work, then home to family, with little time left for myself. But even in those moments, I stayed focused on the bigger picture. I knew the sacrifices I was making would one day pay off.
Every challenge pushed me to grow—not just as a barber, but as a person. I dedicated myself to learning, constantly studying new styles and techniques, and sharpening my skills every chance I could. The grind taught me patience, discipline, and the value of consistency.
Now, every time I step behind the chair, I carry those lessons with me. The obstacles that once felt overwhelming are the very things that shaped me into the barber I am today—committed, detail-driven, and passionate about bringing out the best in every client who sits in my chair.

I specialize in men’s haircuts of all styles—from classic fades to specialty cuts. What sets me apart is the professionalism and attention to detail I bring to every client. I believe in going the extra mile, delivering razor-sharp lines and styles tailored to each client’s liking. For me, every cut is more than just a haircut—it’s a complete experience that leaves my clients looking and feeling their best.
What matters most to you?
What matters most to me in barbering is helping my clients feel confident and unstoppable. I still remember the first time I got a haircut from a professional barber—the compliments I received made me feel like a new person. That feeling stuck with me, and now it’s what I strive to create for every client who sits in my chair: bringing out their true self through a fresh, sharp look. And when clients come back and share the compliments they’ve received on their haircut, it reassures me that I’m on the right track—even in the early stages of my career.
Just as important, I value building real relationships with my clients and getting to know them, because a great haircut goes hand in hand with a great connection.
