Today we’d like to introduce you to Colleen Lemma.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I was born and raised in a Catholic family in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. In my early years it became apparent to me that I was different….quiet, more sensitive and empathic (although I did not know the word for that then)….and that Catholicism wasn’t quite aligned with what I felt in my internal belief system. I was spiritual, but certain things that I experienced in that religion did not feel a part of my inherent truth.
When I was in my latter twenties, a series of events led me to move from the U.P. to the capital city of Lansing in the Lower Peninsula of Michigan. It is here that my authentic truth started to unfold more quickly. I was introduced to a collective of people who were a part of the metaphysical community in that area. It felt like home to me. The people that I met were unconditionally loving, accepting and supportive. There was no judgment amongst those that were a part of this group. Some came from a Christian or Catholic background….,others from a Buddhism, Native American, or other spiritual perspective. It didn’t matter. It was all inclusive as all “Paths” go back to the One Creator.
Having already worked in the areas of domestic violence, sexual abuse, substance abuse, disabilities, and heath and wellness, this is when I started to take other classes and learn things, or remember things from other lifetimes, such as astrology, numerology, tarot, Reiki, crystal healing, hypnotherapy and past lives, working with the Higher Realms, Higher Self, the Akashic Records, and many other modalities.
Over the last 25 years I have been blessed to connect with some of the most knowledgable teachers and mentors on my journey. And, during this time, have built my business, Sacred Soul Empowerment, to what it is today.
I now work with people all over the world doing one on one intuitive client sessions, healing sessions, and teaching a variety of workshops and classes on different metaphysical subject matter. I have a YouTube channel where I do Weekly and Monthly Intuitive Energy Forecasts for the collective. I write a monthly newsletter and daily social media posts sharing information about the energies that are transpiring and unfolding on the planet. I facilitate spiritual support groups and guided meditations for those who wish to stay centered and grounded in these times. And, I network and collaborate with other people who are the healers, educators and way showers for humanity moving into a new paradigm on the planet.
I feel very fortunate to have experienced all that I have, the good and the challenging, that has brought me to where I am today. I feel very blessed to be able to uplift, guide and assist others on their spiritual journey back to their Divine and Authentic Self.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it has not been a smooth road. My soul chose to experience certain earthly challenges to guide me in gaining more inner strength, better boundaries and a stronger belief in myself.
I have experienced the tragedy of fire a couple of times….once when the apartment building that I lived in caught fire and all of the units, including mine, was unable to be moved back into. I was homeless for a time, taking only my cat and a few belongings that survived the fire, until I found a new place to live.
The other experience with fire, was when I lived on the west coast in southern Oregon. Every year that part of the country experiences many outbreaks of fire up and down the west coast. One year, a major fire broke out and swept through the town I lived in, destroying many homes and businesses. This facilitated a move across the country to Florida for a short time.
One of my karmic challenges to overcome in this lifetime was with having a “poverty consciousness.” This led to only achieving a certain amount of success, and then plateauing in the area of financial stability and abundance. Many people have this soul lesson. It could be connected to making a vow of poverty in another lifetime, or about not feeling worthy and deserving to experience the blessings and abundance of the Universe. There could be many reasons, but this has been something I have had to work through, and am still working through.
I also have had many soul lessons and karmic challenges in romantic relationships. Like so many people, we often attract the kind of relationship that our parents experienced while we were growing up in our childhood. This lesson is also often connected to our inner sense of self-worthiness, where we have to create better boundaries, learn to speak our truth, and understand how to love and respect ourselves in order to attract a partner that will do the same.

For over 25 years I have been an intuitive reader, using akashic records, astrology, name vibration and numerology, a Reiki Master, and Certified Hypnotherapist, using past life regression and Higher Self communication, as well a a spiritual teacher on various metaphysical subject matter. I assist people on their spiritual journey of evolution, growth, and healing through spiritual guidance and sharing messages from the Higher Realms.
I work with the Archangels, Ascended Masters, Healers and Ancestors of the Highest Vibration of Light and Star Beings to bring about empowerment in a person’s life. I utilize a unique combination of Astrology, Akashic Records, Name Vibration, Numerology, Divination and Tarot Cards, the Psychic Clairs, along with a person’s spiritual guides, to bring forth messages and guidance from the Higher Realms that will assist one on their path.
From the time I was a child I always wanted to help people. This led me to getting my degree in social work and psychology. With my early education and work background, combined with my innate intuitive abilities and insight, I am able to assist and guide a person to the answers and solutions that will connect them with their Divine Spiritual Truth and inner sense of Soul Empowerment.

I am proud of everything that I have learned, accomplished and share, pushing through all of life’s challenges, in order to assist others in their own spiritual awakening and self-empowerment.
I’m not sure about my work setting me apart from others, but I do feel blessed to have so many different “spiritual tools on my tool belt” to be able to educate, guide and assist others as they move forward on their path.
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
Authenticity.
I believe that being your authentic self, feeling passionate about what you do, and sharing your gifts and talents with others with true unconditional love and compassion in your heart, is what creates success and abundance in all of its various forms.
