Today we’d like to introduce you to Yuliya
Hi Yuliya, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Becoming a nutritionist was never part of my plan. As a counselor, I often worked with clients struggling with eating disorders, but nutrition itself never truly interested me—until life forced me to look at it differently.
Everything changed when I gave birth to my daughter and found myself 38 pounds heavier, trapped in a body that no longer responded to the methods I had always relied on. I did everything “right”—at least, according to diets, social media advice and trends:
I cut calories—hard
I ate only “clean” foods
I walked for hours postpartum
I jumped back into workouts the moment my doctor cleared me
And yet, nothing changed. No weight loss. No progress. Just frustration, panic, and the sinking fear that my body was permanently stuck.
That was when I had a realization that shifted everything: food is never just about food. It’s about emotions, habits, and self-trust.
Determined to understand what was happening, I immersed myself in learning—diving deep into courses about the body and metabolism. Slowly but surely, my weight began to drop, and I finally felt back on track.
But then, another realization hit me: knowing how food works isn’t enough. If we don’t address the patterns, emotions, and subconscious beliefs that shape our relationship with food, no amount of knowledge will create lasting change.
That’s where my approach was born—a blend of nutrition science, behavioral psychology, and deep self-awareness. I don’t just teach people what to eat; I help them reprogram their mindset around food, body image, and self-worth.
Because true transformation doesn’t start with a meal plan. It starts with how we think, how we feel, and how we connect with ourselves.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Well, I should say that it wasn’t easy. Working on yourself is always a challenge. Changing the way I thought about myself, letting go of the fear around food, and truly learning how to take care of myself was far more difficult than I expected. It required shifting priorities and questioning habits that had always felt automatic. But I did it, and I’m incredibly proud of that.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about WITH AWARENESS LLC?
Please tell us more about your business or organization. What should we know?
– My work is centered around helping people redefine their relationship with food and their bodies. I specialize in mindful nutrition, an approach that goes beyond just what’s on the plate. My focus is on sustainable habits, emotional well-being, and self-trust—because true health isn’t about restrictions or following rigid rules; it’s about creating a way of eating that works for you, not against you.
What do you do? What do you specialize in / what are you known for?
– I work with individuals who feel stuck in cycles of dieting, emotional eating, or confusion around nutrition. My expertise lies in combining nutrition science with psychology, helping clients break free from all-or-nothing thinking, build a balanced, intuitive approach to eating, and create lasting change. I don’t just tell people what to eat—I help them understand why they eat the way they do and how to shift those patterns.
What sets you apart from others?
– Many nutrition programs focus only on calories, macros, and meal plans—but I believe that’s just a fraction of the bigger picture. What sets me apart is that I work on both the science of nutrition and the mindset behind it. I guide clients through rewiring habits, identifying emotional triggers, and removing the guilt and anxiety often attached to food. My approach is practical, realistic, and built for real life—because if a method isn’t sustainable, it won’t work long-term. People cannot follow diet always, we all have birthday parties, dates, movie night etc so why do you need to resign from special moments, just because you have a meal plan? I’m against something which is not natural.
What are you most proud of brand-wise?
– I’m proud that my work empowers people to trust themselves again. Instead of relying on external rules, my clients learn to listen to their own bodies, nourish themselves without fear, and finally break free from the exhausting cycle of dieting and self-doubt. Seeing those transformations—where someone stops obsessing over food and starts enjoying life again—is what makes this work meaningful.
What do you want our readers to know about your brand, offerings, services, etc.?
– If you feel like you’ve tried everything but still struggle with food, your body, or your habits—there’s a different way. My coaching and programs are designed to help you stop fighting with food and start feeling at peace with how you eat. I offer personalized support, practical tools, and a science-backed, psychology-driven approach to nutrition that focuses on what actually works for you. You can book one session or a full 3 or 6 weeks support with me guiding you 24/7 through the transformation process. I’m also providing trainings for companies, who are taking care of their employees and want them be more satisfied, healthy and as a result- effective.
This isn’t about another restrictive diet or a temporary fix. It’s about learning how to eat well, feel good, and live fully—without guilt, anxiety, or frustration. If that’s what you’re looking for, I’d love to help.
How do you define success?
Success, for me, is feeling truly fulfilled in what I do. It’s seeing my approach make a real difference—when people find relief, break free from struggles, and build a healthier, more balanced relationship with themselves. Being part of someone’s journey toward positive change, knowing I’ve played a role in their growth and well-being—that’s what success looks like to me.
