I began my journey with a deep-seated passion for education and empowerment, particularly focusing on Generation Alpha. Recognizing the critical need for foundational knowledge in nutrition, mental health, and financial literacy, I founded the Youniverse Foundation. Our mission is to equip young minds with essential life skills, fostering healthy, balanced, and financially empowered futures.
Parallel to this, I ventured into the entertainment industry by establishing Str8 Gas Empire. As CEO, I lead an innovative company specializing in producing motion pictures, music, and marketing. We are committed to creative storytelling and dynamic marketing strategies that engage audiences and drive industry innovation.
In addition to these endeavors, I co-founded YAG Consulting, a firm dedicated to assisting businesses in scaling efficiently and overcoming operational challenges. We collaborate with companies to streamline processes, enhance performance, and unlock their full growth potential.
Throughout my career, I have been driven by a passion for creating positive, sustainable change in both business and social impact sectors. I am committed to inspiring growth, learning, and empowerment in every endeavor I undertake.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The journey to success has been far from smooth. Along the way, I’ve faced profound personal losses, including the passing of my father, mother, and seven close friends. These experiences have been deeply challenging, yet they’ve also been instrumental in shaping my resilience and determination.
Adversity, as I’ve learned, builds character. Each loss has served as a form of armor, fortifying me against future challenges. Rather than succumbing to grief, I’ve channeled these experiences into a source of strength, preparing me for the larger battles on the road to success.
In the face of such hardships, I’ve come to understand the importance of support and empathy. While some friends and family may not always know how to offer comfort, their presence and willingness to listen have been invaluable. As noted by Walk With Me, “Your job is to stick with the people you love no matter what life throws at you.”
These experiences have not only strengthened my resolve but have also deepened my empathy and understanding, qualities that are essential in both personal and professional spheres. They have taught me that success is not merely the absence of obstacles but the ability to persevere and grow through them.
