Check Out Kennedy Verly’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kennedy Verly

Hi Kennedy, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My story with Trust Interiors began in 2018 when I started working with Finish Carpentry. It wasn’t hard to fall in love with this area of construction. Being able to build fantastic things with wood and make people’s dreams come true made me believe in this profession. And since then, I have been developing my professional skills and seeking more knowledge to always do the best job and, above all, to earn the trust of my clients.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
This has certainly not been a smooth road. Gaining the trust of customers was only possible by maintaining a high standard of quality. And this only happened with persistence and mastering the processes and minimizing errors as much as possible. One of the biggest obstacles I have encountered and still encounter is finding partners who treat this work with the same passion and care.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We are a carpentry company that builds closets, bookshelves, mudrooms, and built-ins in general. We also do all interior trim for new homes and remodels. What sets us apart from the rest is our professionalism. We have a motto that we follow: “We only leave a job if the client is satisfied.” We stay as long as necessary, redoing it if necessary, and we prefer to lose profits but keep our clients.

We’re always looking for the lessons that can be learned in any situation, including tragic ones like the Covid-19 crisis. Are there any lessons you’ve learned that you can share?
Yes, I learned from this crisis how to maintain a customer base and this led me to value trust first.
