Hi Chris, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I began my journey in web design at 16, by creating Geocities websites and designing t-shirt graphics for bands I was playing in. During the Myspace era, I honed my skills coding basic HTML within the platform. After graduating college, I moved to Charleston and started working in marketing. In 2011, I launched my freelance business, offering website design and development, graphic design, email marketing, and social media management. By 2013, I expanded into developing Shopify websites for e-commerce clients. Today, I run Abreeze Web, a web agency dedicated to delivering top-notch digital solutions. Over the years, I’ve worked with brands like Nectar Sunglasses, Toadfish, Parrot Surf Shop, Harlestons, and Levity. Visit us at Abreeze Web.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Evolving with technology is both a blessing and curse. Technology makes all of our lives easier but it moves very quickly so you have to be a constant student in order to stay ahead.

Abreeze is the culmination of years of experience and lessons learned in building and enhancing businesses’ digital presence. We specialize in E-commerce websites, marketing consulting, and helping small to medium size businesses grow their digital presence. What sets us apart are our values and our ability to make difficult technical projects easy for our clients to digest. Recently, my most proud project was designing a custom skateboard graphic for Parrot Surf Shop. I want readers to know that Abreeze is dedicated to growing their business through skills we have learned throughout our careers.
We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
Luck plays a part but I would say a very small part of my life and business. I believe discipline and hard work have contributed to most of my success thus far in life and business.
