Hi Kerri, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
The idea for Amplified Transaction Services was born out of a desire to make real estate transactions a better experience for everyone involved. As someone who has worked closely with agents, I saw how many were not receiving the support they deserved during one of the most critical parts of their business—the transaction process. At the same time, I noticed that transaction coordinators, the unsung heroes behind the scenes, were often undervalued and underappreciated.
I started this company with a vision to change that. I wanted to create a community where transaction coordinators felt empowered, fairly compensated, and truly valued for their hard work. I believed that by fostering a supportive and appreciative environment for coordinators, we could naturally elevate the experience for agents and their clients as well.
In the early days, it was just me, one other coordinator, and my husband (who managed operations, billing, and accounting). Together, we were a small but determined team. We poured our energy into building relationships and delivering exceptional service. Over time, word spread about the level of care we provide, and today we’ve grown to a team of four coordinators, including myself.
Our growth has always been intentional. We aren’t looking to become the “Zillow of transaction coordination.” We’re more interested in the boutique company model. We prioritize building lasting relationships with our agents and providing consistent, high-quality service. For us, it’s not about rapid expansion but about maintaining a standard of excellence that reflects the trust our clients place in us.
As an independent company, we’re incredibly grateful for every opportunity to be part of our clients’ successes. We cherish the chance to help agents feel supported and to know that their clients are in good hands. It’s this personal touch and community focus that sets us apart and keeps us aligned with our mission.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Like any business, the journey of Amplified Transaction Services has had its share of challenges. The real estate market is inherently cyclical, with its ups and downs, and those fluctuations naturally impact our business as well. Adapting to those changes while maintaining stability for our team and clients has required flexibility and resilience.
Additionally, as we’ve grown, we’ve encountered instances where certain relationships or processes didn’t align with our vision and mission. Early on, we learned the importance of staying true to our values, even when faced with difficult decisions. We’re passionate about helping others, but we’ve realized that helping someone whose goals or approach don’t align with ours can be counterproductive—not just for us, but for them as well. These moments taught us the value of setting boundaries and remaining focused on the bigger picture.
We like to think of these challenges as opportunities to “fail forward.” Each setback has been a lesson that helped us refine our processes, improve how we serve our clients, and strengthen our commitment to our mission. These experiences have shaped us into a company that prioritizes authenticity, alignment, and excellence in everything we do.
The road hasn’t always been smooth, but the bumps along the way have been crucial to our growth and have made us stronger as a team and as a company.

At Amplified Transaction Services, we work hand-in-hand with real estate agents to streamline their business and enhance their client experience. Our offerings include listing coordination, transaction coordination, brokerage compliance, contract-to-close services, and even social media content creation through customized monthly calendars and posting. We’re here to lighten the load for agents, allowing them to focus on building relationships and closing deals.
What sets us apart is our commitment to delivering an amplified experience. This doesn’t stop with the agents we work with—it extends to their clients and even to other parties in the transaction, such as lenders, title companies, and attorneys. We pride ourselves on making a difference at every touchpoint of a transaction.

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
One of my favorite childhood memories is a family vacation where our boat broke down, and we had to hitchhike back to the marina. In the moment, it was a little scary, but it quickly turned into an adventure that brought us closer as a family. That experience taught me an important life lesson: things don’t always go as planned, but you can choose how you respond.
From that day, I learned to make the best of whatever life throws at me. It’s a mindset I carry into my work and life today. When challenges arise, I choose to see them as opportunities for growth and creativity. Looking back, it’s clear that this memory shaped my ability to stay calm, adapt, and find joy even in unexpected situations.
