Today we’d like to introduce you to Ana Paula Macedo Ferreira
Hi Ana, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Our story begins in 2021. I started as a housekeeping assistant in the city of Pittsburgh, PA. My husband worked in the cleaning area at a hotel in the same city. We worked for 1 year, learning as much as possible, then we started working on our own as owners of our business. We moved to North Charleston, SC a year and a half ago, where this dream began to become a reality and we feel very happy to be here.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It was not easy at all, we struggled a lot, we had very few clients, there was a lot of competition, many companies with many more years of experience, very low prices, but we never gave up.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
We are dedicated to residential and commercial cleaning, we do weekly, biweekly and monthly cleaning, as well as post-construction cleaning, deep cleaning, vacation home cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and many types of cleaning according to the client’s needs, we are a family business, you will always see the same people in your house, never different people all the time, we are very proud of the quality and security that we offer our clients, we have clients who today travel and leave us free access to the properties, that shows the trust that exists!
