Rising Stars: Meet Max DiNatale

Today we’d like to introduce you to Max DiNatale.

Alright, thank you for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I started my career working in the advertising industry, buying both traditional and digital media. I decided to start my own business so I could be a little more creative, be my own boss, and help people with extremely customized digital marketing.

I specifically felt like there was a hole in the market for budget-friendly, customized social media management in the area. I started helping friends and family with their pages, and then the business slowly grew to add more clients, more team members, and bigger projects. That was around 5 years ago – now I can’t imagine doing anything else!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Honestly, the business picked up quicker than I had even anticipated and has stayed extremely smooth since then, experiencing tremendous volumes of growth from year to year. COVID provided a small shockwave of clients wondering what their next steps should be or briefly pausing, but the world of digital marketing is here to stay – people rely on their messages being sent out digitally no matter what is happening in the world.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Max DiNatale Digital Marketing specializes in content creation + social media management for small to medium-sized businesses across the Southeast. That means providing photo + video content and full channel management for platforms such as Facebook & Instagram.

I’m truly most proud of my team and how far we’ve come – from working with 1 or 2 local Greenville clients to currently serving around 20 right now. Our content clients are mostly in the Southeast (Greenville, Spartanburg, Atlanta) – but we also serve clients for paid digital advertising and social media management in Missouri, Illinois, and Florida.

My team’s creative abilities really set us apart – our content is bold, unique, customized to the client’s needs, and always reflective of their brand. I specifically pride myself in my responsiveness and commitment to the client – each client feels like they are the #1 priority. Nothing ever goes over a few hours without being answered.

What matters most to you? Why?
I want all of our clients to feel special, and to feel that what we’re doing is actually making a difference to their business – whether it’s saving them time, taking something that they don’t like doing off their plate, or making something look a bit more polished/professional for them.

I don’t ever want them to think that they’re just a number or that we don’t care about their individual brand – we feel strongly about each company we work for, and we do our best to serve them as if it was our very own business.
