Meet KingFx Graphics

Today we’d like to introduce you to KingFx Graphics.

Hello KingFx Graphics, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I’ve always had a thing for art I could never really draw with pencil and paper but I knew how to play with pictures on the internet, I always liked to make edits for me and my friends when I was like 13 years old for our Myspace & Facebook they would always ask me to make them for them I never thought of being a professional graphic designer or nothing because I have lots of other talents.

I started transitioning into cover arts, flyers, and lots of other graphics once I got better at, it I’m still not a professional in my eyes because I can still get better but I make it work & people like my work. I started KingFxGraphics in 2020 once I started getting a lot of attention towards my art & I’ve been going with it since.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It’s been pretty cool, the only thing that took me some time with the business is finding a strong name & a solid brand behind it, something people would hear & see and be like “that dope” or “I want to work with him” I don’t want to just be a graphic designer I want to make my own merch, shoot videos, take pictures and lots of other things I would think of in the future I already do that but I want to take it up a notch ya know? Make it global.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
What I’m proud of is that I stay in my own lane, I don’t try to do the most with my art it’s simple & straight to the point, I always try to be different in my own way.

I’m known for making art based on the things I like or my favorite artist, “concepts” is the word for it, I do it because I know I share some of the same favorites types of artist with others & they would see my art and share it with others and the dominoes would fall in place if you know what I mean.

We all have different ways of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
Success? I feel success is what you think it is, in your own eyes, you just made $100 dollars today because you really needed it, you got the car you always wanted, your work got into the hands of somebody you really inspired by, it’s not always the big things little success counts too because it’s gonna feel big when you achieve it.

Everything is success to me if it’s better than what I did last time when you love what you & accomplish the things you want with it… success is an understatement.
