I started my journey in the automotive industry five years ago, working at a body shop where I handled basic washes and detailing. It was there that I discovered my passion for detailing—the satisfaction of transforming a vehicle through precision and care truly inspired me. Determined to master the craft, I dedicated myself to becoming the best I could be.
Eventually, I took a leap of faith, leaving the body shop to start my own mobile detailing business. For years, we operated as a mobile service, but four years in, I made the decision to rebrand, invest in mentorship, and go all-in on scaling the business. I poured thousands of dollars into developing a true, structured company.
Over the past year, our growth has been incredible. We now operate two shops side by side, have a dedicated team of five employees, and continue to run a mobile unit. The journey has been both challenging and rewarding, but this is just the beginning for ElitePro Detailing. Our vision is bigger than ever, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Absolutely not—it’s been anything but a smooth road. This journey has been filled with failures, countless attempts, and an immense amount of time and energy. Starting out, I had to learn everything through trial and error, from perfecting my craft to understanding how to actually run a business. There were times when things didn’t go as planned, whether it was hiring the wrong people, making poor investments, or simply not having the right systems in place.
But every setback became a lesson. I kept refining my approach, investing in mentorship, and pushing forward no matter what. The struggles made me a better leader and built the foundation for what ElitePro Detailing is today. Growth never happens in a straight line, but I wouldn’t trade the challenges for anything—they’ve shaped me into the entrepreneur I am now. And honestly, this is just the beginning.
